If you remember correctly, in the summer of 2007 I fell in love with Covet by Sarah Jessica Parker. The warm and sensuous scent stole my heart and dug a place so deep I don't think any other fragrance can compare. I've been longing to try her other scents but I feared finding anything that would rival my dear Covet and knock it out of its throne.
But temptation is an evil lady and the belief that good things come in three's isn't helping. In April, Parker launched the Sarah Jessica Parker The Lovely Collection: DAWN - ENDLESS - TWILIGHT.
It consisted of a trilogy of fragrances that captures the magic of the moment. The lovely collection of vivid fragrance statements take you from the illuminating, fresh experience of dawn, to the essence of loving every moment passionately
expressed in endless. And finally, the tender warmth of twilight.

Sarah Jessica Parker Dawn
Have you ever woke up right before dawn and actually watch the sun rise. Living in Brooklyn, it can be hard to actually do this but I beg you, try it. There's absolutely nothing like rising with the sun. Dawn, with its illuminating beauty and awe-inspiring first light, is precious in its intimacy. Enlightened with optimism and blooming with possibility, Dawn is a fresh canvas, a new adventure, a lovely moment of your own. So full of possibilities, it's hard to be disappointed.
Dawn, the scent, is the essence of light breaking through a cloud of fragrant orchids and lingering with a soft glow. The top notes consist of fresh citrus, violet leaves and angelica that awaken a bouquet of radiant orchids (the heart of the fragrance). The drydown is that of warm Tahitian vanilla, vetiver and translucent musks.

Of all the three scents, this one would most likely suit me as I'm a sucker for vetiver.

As intoxicating as Dawn, Twilight is warm and romantic. By the end of most days, I'm exhausted. With school AND work, I'm ready to just hit the bed. But when the night is right, I just don't care about the stresses of the day and let the sensuality of the evening take over. No amount of stress can compare to the beauty that is a starlit evening.
