While I was in Paris, I learned that Lancome had launched their very own iPhone app. Why wasn't this announced in the US? I have no clue. But if you check out the Lancome Paris blog (not to be confused with the US based blog, The Lancome Blog), you'll see that you can download an app that was created in tribute to one of my favorite collections of 2009, Declaring Indigo. Carrie's Closet
If you can't wait 'till later on this year to get your Sex and the City fix (you ARE going to see the sequel right??) download Carrie's Closet. This baby lets you take pictures of and share your favorite fashion ensembles with friends. Haute jewels house Boucheron has launched their very first interactive iPhone app which allows you to "try on" the house's fanciful jewelry pieces. Not only can you try the sparkling rings, earrings, and necklace collections you can share the pictures with friends (in case you ever need help deciding which to pick ;)..)
