I wanted to send a quick update on something I’ve been meaning to share for a while now.
I have a few product reviews coming from the brand but in the meantime, go ahead and make a wish.

This Fall, Links of London has partnered up with FEED to crate a friendship bracelet collection to help fight hunger among children globally. I attended the FEED for Links of London collection launch in NYC, where Lauren Bush (FEED’s co-founder and CEO) stopped by to mingle and chat surrounding her latest brand partnership. Six unique bracelets were designed and 10% of the proceeds go toward a specific hunger need.
The range consists of of six playful colour cord bracelets each with a silver bead in the shape of a different motif that represents a different intervention in the fight against world hunger. Each bracelet is engraved with the number of meals that is going to be given per bracelet sold, and will serve as a visual reminder of your personal donation to this important cause.
The FEED for Links of London collection is available in all Links of London locations and the Links of London website for $125 (a 18k gold beaded design will be exclusive to Holt Renfrew in Canada).
Disclosure: I attended a press preview and was gifted a bracelet. Please don’t forget that you can still help the people of Haiti, donate to the Red Cross today. Thank you.![]()

With the Aids Walk New York swiftly approaching, it’s time to seriously think about getting involved. The AIDS Walk New York is a powerful and inspiring day in Central Park and on the streets of New York City.
As always, the fashion industry is keen on making a difference - not only in our closets but in the lives of millions across the wold. On May 15, Bloomingdale’s and many other New Yorker’s will honor those who continue to fight, embrace new allies and remember loved ones lost, and work to realize a future without AIDS.
For those not in NYC who still wants to help out and join the cause, Bloomies will be featuring a unisex T-shirt, exclusively made by Alternative Apparel. For every shirt sold, the company will donate $10.00 to benefit Aids Walk New York.
The shirts retail for $18.00 at select locations and bloomingdales.com. To learn more about the AIDS Walk New York, click here.
Please don’t forget that you can still help the people of Haiti, donate to the Red Cross today. Thank you.![]()
Several weeks ago (try a month ago), I attended a press event held by esteemed skincare brand Dermalogica in celebration of their commitment to Financial Independence Through Entrepreneurship (FITE). FITE is a global empowerment platform powered by Dermalogica founder Jane Warwund and Kiva.org, the nonprofit leader in microfinance.

The goal
Just as their name suggests: to provide women entrepreneurs access to small loans that will help them start or grow a business; and to help educate the public at large about the benefits of empowering women entrepreneurs.
How can you help?
With every purchase of a FITE-sleeved Dermalogica product, you will receive a code. Visit joinFITE.org to redeem your code and Dermalogica will donate a $1 microloan - on your behalf - to a female entrepreneur in the country of your choice. After a few weeks, you’ll receive information about the entrepreneur who is benefiting from your action.
Please don’t forget that you can still help the people of Haiti, donate to the Red Cross today. Thank you.
